Podcast. So this week I do have a fun announcement when I've been waiting for quite a

while to share and that is the announcement of my next writing craft book.

This one is tentatively titled writing your story's theme.

I'm very excited about this subject as you no doubt know if you've been listening to the podcast or reading the blog for any length of time

I see theme as such an incredibly important part of storytelling perhaps Perhaps the most important, really.

And yet, it's also perhaps one of the least talked

about and most misunderstood tenets of storytelling.

So I'm excited to start working on this book as a follow-up to the foundations

I've already talked about in my earlier books on structuring your novel and creating character

arts. My plan is definitely to see the book published this year in

2020, probably sometime in the fall. So if you're interested, keep your ears peeled,

if that's a thing, and I'll let you know when we get closer to a release date.
