It was nice seeing you there.

It was nice seeing you get the fifth pick in the draft.

Your numbers are very high despite, you know, despite what some people may be, you know,

saying about the aging challenge athlete these days.

We've caught in some slack and some scrutiny.

I'm not saying you.

I think we all as a vet unit have collectively, despite maybe turbo.

But, you know, here we are in our our you know late 30s um you know still trying to make

it happen not late 30s i am technically in my late 30s for another i don't know 14 days or so

yeah so just saying just saying but anisa welcome to the program uh so excited to have you here. It has been a minute, obviously not been a minute since I've seen you. We celebrated your birthday, I believe it was your 32nd birthday in Phoenix recently, where you were so nice to ditch the BMAs to join us. But we haven't had you on the podcast in a while. And obviously it wasn't for like the greatest reasons in the world. Like last night was kind of a tough episode for everyone, but yourself specifically. And when we were talking about it, I said, hey, you want to come on the pod? And I was actually surprised to hear that you wanted to. So talk about that. Like, well, because, you know, like, look, we're going to get into the negativity and what happened with you and Ashley and things like that. And you know the whole when they go low, we go high, this, that, whatever. I don't know if you just wanted to sweep it under the rug or whatever, but as we were talking, it seemed like there was even more. Right. You're like, no way. It seemed like they were there. There was so much more. Yeah. So that's what I love because you obviously could be doing this on your podcast, the official challenge podcast, but you are not one of the hosts of that podcast this season. And sadly, Devon and Devin didn't have this idea. They had Will on there. So you enjoy that interview. We've got Anisa.

They may ask me for next week, but you know, whatever. We get the, we get the first digs here. So talk, talk us through this because you and Ashley partners famously on All Stars 5. That didn't go that well, but it felt like you guys were chummy going into this season. I heard rumors you guys were talking it up at the airport going into this. What fell apart here? I wanted all to start.

I don't know. So even before when we, before we left, Nam, we hung out in my room.

We went out for tapas. Like, we weren't, you know, enemies. We weren't best friends. And

the backstory is that like Ashley and I were fairly close

at one point. So and I was with her through some really tough times in her life. And we got along

and I liked her. Fast forward. We do all stars. That was interesting. We were fine leaving it. Get to the airport. We're having drinks. Everybody's fine. Clearly, I was a little anxious about seeing her because, you know, she can say some very interesting and colorful things at times.

And we ended up in the same room.

So if you see certain clips, she's rubbing my shoulders.
