uh tech podcast. Sometimes it was my attention but it was uh it was pretty good. I was surprised. Yeah

I think there there's always there's a lot of misconceptions around

GPS devices around the SOS features that each of these provide. How these rescues work, you know

You'll hear of guys

having some disaster happen to them in the in the outdoors and

they have a

device with them um that has an SOS feature like a spot or an in-reach you push that button

and the cavalry comes to rescue you because Brian we live in the land of magic. I have a thing

out there with wheels and I put a key in it and it takes me places. Right. I have a special brick

in my pocket that lets me talk to anyone around the world. I don't know how it works. It's magic.

Magic. And so we we we we take for granted the magical capabilities of an SOS button

but really there's a lot that goes into it and the ins and outs of how they work I think is

is uh is we should all know that as we go out into the wilderness we're all safety is of paramount

concern for everyone especially those that I'm sure that leave a wife and children at home or
