Have you ever wondered, excuse me, have you ever wondered what happened to Chuck Norris? Well, wonder no more.

He just celebrated birthday just not too long ago.

And what was about, I don't know, three weeks ago.

And, you know, I saw a video that he made.

I was absolutely stunned the first time I saw it.

Again, he's 85. He's still

kicking, working out and staying active. What's more, to me, more stunning is the fact that

he's stronger, can work longer, and he's got a lot of energy. Man, a lot of energy. And it almost, it's surreal when you see how much energy he has. And I compare

to myself and I'm thinking, wow, what's he doing that I'm not? Well, he did, he got this energy

and he's saying fit along with his wife by making one change. You know, he says he still feels like he's in his 50s.
