all right guys welcome back to the three of seven podcast have you ever asked yourself the question

why on earth are there so many denominations in the christian church um maybe even what is a

denomination what are the differences where did all this come from how did

this start because it hasn't always been this way i'm guessing that some of the people listening

have asked those types of questions whether they're believers or nonbelievers you know you look at the church from the outside and you say well what is this they're believers or non-believers.

You know, you look at the church from the outside and you say, well, what is this?

There's a, there's all these that you go drive down the road, Methodists, Baptists,

10 different kinds of Baptists, Pentecostal, Presbyterian, you know, Lutheran, whatever.

We'll get into how many there are. But you have to imagine unbelievers are probably seeing that as was this division what does this mean this isn't

the way I would visualize the Christian church to be and and people to operate if they're all

part of the same faith and then even believers within the church,

how do you decide what denomination? Should you even have to decide a denomination to be a part of

and to identify with? And how do you do that? Why is that important? And how have we wound up to

where we're getting today? So today is going to be a study

of christian denominations and we have a wonderful guest here on the podcast today mr bob
