And I want to start by saying that I hope this finds you well.

I do.

Having said that, I know in my heart of hearts that some of you might say, actually, Rome, I'm not doing that great. In fact,

I'm struggling. That's one of the reasons I'm here. I absolutely can appreciate that. I can.

And I appreciate you. And while I'm not in any way a professional of any sort other than a

broadcaster, I do appreciate you being here.

And I hope that this content and this reinvention family provide you at least a bit of

solace and motivation and inspiration as well. In fact, let me stay on that point for one minute.

Truth be told, I'm here for two main reasons, one of which is actually pretty selfish.

I'm here to improve. I'm here because I want to

reinvent and transform myself. I wanted to hit a reboot on myself professionally and personally,
