I've been in a ton of business meetings recently, and you'll have to excuse the voice.

I don't know what I have.

Some kind of Zika flu or something has bit me.

But I will power through and offer hopefully a pearl of wisdom that everyone will walk away

from today and say, yes, that was interesting.

I was around one business associate and he was a day trader.

He loved to trade currencies. He was trading currencies on 15-minute bars. Very successful guy, very accomplished, very well-known.

I did not inquire about his strategy. It's not my cup of tea. It's not my thing. But to paint a picture for you, to give you some insight

and to how attached you have to be to day trade currencies,

well, he had his smartphone, he had a big screen smartphone right there,

and he had a device hanging down from the mirror in the car.

So he could look at 15-minute charts and trade them. And we went out that night to dinner and

then to a lounge. And that damn smartphone was right there. Now, he engaged in all of our

conversations and all that kind of stuff.

But, man, he's decided he's going to trade currencies on 15-minute bars.

And that's his life.

There's no silence there.

There's a lot of noise there.
