I've talked about this for many years, and when I learned this many years ago, it literally

transformed my life almost overnight. Many of us hear it, and we think it sounds good, but we

don't operate from that. At any given moment, you're being something, whatever it might be,

being happy, being angry, being resentful, being jealous, whatever it might be.

You're constantly in a state of being.

And what we don't recognize is that we learn to be based upon our ego indoctrination,

specifically our subconscious indoctrination as a child.

So then what happens is we learn this indoctrination, and then we get stuck in the subconscious identity of the indoctrination.

We habituate that via the brain, because the brain and the subconscious mind work together.

So what this does is this little vortex, this little crap, keeps us trapped for a lifetime.
