Okay, cool. My name is Eric Taylor. I'm the founder and CEO and owner of Salon Republic.

We have 15 locations in three states and I've been doing it about 18

years. We started this podcast called The Hair Game about a year ago. We've done about 45 episodes.

And usually I'm interviewing people that you guys care about and we like to get in depth. And,

you know, I usually just go about the

questioning with my curiosity you know like how do the people get where they've been and

and you know what kind of advice can they give to you know especially those students and young

hairdressers out there who aspire to doing really cool things in the business.

So how many of you listen to podcasts?

Three or four, give or take?

Podcasts have kind of exploded.

The last probably two years, there's a podcast for everything.

If you like to fish, there's probably 50 podcasts

out there about fishing. In our community, there's probably five that seem to be doing a really

good job. Gordon Miller, who's a friend of mine, he has a really good one called Hairbrain
