Welcome everybody to the Rabbi Daniel Appen show, where I, your rabbi, reveal how the

world really works.

And one way the world really works is by marriage.

And one way the world works really well is by marriage. And one way the world works really well is by great marriages.

Or, to put it another way, every man, I think, eventually at some point realizes he wants to be in a terrific marriage.

Every woman does as well, excepting women usually realize that much, much earlier than men do.

But men really do want to be in a happy marriage.

They are frightened.

Men are unquestionably frightened about the seemingly lack of control they have. If a marriage goes bad and

what could go wrong, men are terrified. There's no question about it, which is why one of the

kinds of books that men do buy are books that carry titles like happy life, happy wife, happy life.

That's just an example.

There are many like that, but the actual phrase, happy wife, happy life, that struck me,

and I'll tell you a little bit more about that in a moment. But I thought that we should talk about that a little bit.

So that's exactly what we're going to do.
