Photography podcast. You know, I think it was last episode where I talked about how all I use Capture 1 for these days is tethering.

And it's kind of silly to be paying $35 a month to do so, right?

So I'm thinking about ditching it.

I've been doing some tests with Evoto as far as tethering goes.

You know, I use it for retouching

and stuff. And while it's definitely not as fast as Capture 1 for me to display the photos right

after you take them, it is good enough, I'd got to say. I might change my mind on that after

testing it out during an actual shoot tomorrow. But just messing around in the Kupo Cave so

far, I think I'm going to stick with it.

Because why not? One last subscription to pay for, and you guys all know how I feel about subscriptions.

So we'll see. If it ends up being too slow, I might just go back to capture one.

One thing I'm not doing, though, is using Lightroom. Way, way too slow. That is painful for tethering.
