I know everyone talks about the first Monday in May, but for us, it's really the first Tuesday in May.

I love coming on here. I know. The debrief

hits so hard and also the city is just a buzz. It starts maybe Sunday night, Monday morning,

but I feel like it continues throughout the week. Well, I was going to say that I felt like it started

Friday. Part of that is because the weather was so beautiful, but the energy that you are

feeling, I felt this year it started early. I need to actually share an anecdote that happened to

Julie and I on Friday because for us, this moment is really what was the inception of the Met. We're meeting our friend on the Upper East Side. She was like, me me here at 2 o'clock. I'll be coming out of my facial. Great. We're on this little charming street on the Upper East Side, not thinking anything of it. And all of a sudden, an escalade pulls up. This guy gets out, he walks in. I did not think anything of it.

I literally thought he was maybe going in for an appointment,

going in to meet his wife.

I really didn't even comment on it.

About five minutes later, the door opens,

and it's a small place.

So I was expecting our friend to come out

because she had texted us being like,

I'll be out in a minute.

So I go
