Today I am going to dive into periodization, something you guys have heard me talk about

too many times. Actually, I don't think there is enough times that you could talk about

this because it's probably one of the most important things. And actually, I was on, I was getting interviewed for a podcast

today for somebody else's. I believe it was the next level podcast. And they asked me what I think

the biggest thing people are missing. Like, what is the one thing that you commonly see people

missing inside of training and nutrition? And I said periodization because I think that long term strategy,

long term planning, a methodical approach to how you are planning your diet is the number one

thing people are missing. And for training, people are just taking it day by day. And I believe

true success and sustainable results happens when you have a methodical approach

that is well thought out and planned over the course of weeks, months, and even a year plus,
