But actually, that wasn't even the original reason why I wanted to get in contact with him.

He's so multifaceted.

You probably know him as the chairman of Park Grun, but he's also, is the manager-director of Hanover Communications,

who've been an organization that if you've been involved in the running industry,

you'll know very well because

they have had come into play with so many brands and so many campaigns. So I wanted to get

him on to explain the journey of all of that and tie it together and really tell us about

not only stewardship with things like Park Run, but also to give an insight into things like PR and media for brands and running in the UK.
