What's up, everybody? Hope you had a good holiday. If you're listening to this today,

happy New Year. You know, this show has gone through a lot of changes in the last few months

and over the year, it's gone through a lot um but it was an incredible year for us uh numbers

wise the show's growing which is awesome we've gone through you know a few transitions here and there

but overall uh y'all keep listening so first of all thank you for listening to the show and thank you for being a part of this.

We've had some incredible guests this year, heard from just some awesome stories, and we've got a lot of really good ones lined up this year already.

But I wanted to just encourage you. You know, a lot of people try to set new goals for the first of the year

and also try to change something about this year.

And so one thing I'm proposing that I'm going to change for myself,

You know, we say in the show, get out there and have some fun,

but I went on a little hike this

morning, and I just realized I'm just not getting out there at all, enough, matter of fact.

And when I went on this little hike this morning, I saw the sunrise over Denver, I don't know

why it's been so difficult to get out, but I think one reason, and I share

this a little bit, but I hurt my knee playing basketball about 10, 11 months ago, so January

last year pretty much.

And it just kind of has had a long recovery to it. It's sort of genetic

combined with a with an injury. And so it had this weird psychological effect on me, I think,

without me really giving it much thought that kind of limited what I could do.

And so I was a little bit down about before I would not, I didn't, I wouldn't only go on big trips,
