Hey everybody, welcome and thanks for joining me today.

Welcome to episode number 46, zero mommy guilt.

I kind of hate that word mommy for some reason.

I guess I like it when my two year old says it, but anyway, I'm using it because when

I say mommy guilt, I know you know what I'm talking about.

So let me give you like always a little bit of background as to why I'm going to talk

about this topic today.

Recently I was at a life coaching conference.

It was a weekend seminar, a mastermind actually.

And it came up that I have four kids because to some of you, four kids is nothing.

And to many of you, it's not very many kids even, but to, as you know, many people in the

world, four is a lot of kids.

So it came up that I have four kids and the girl sitting next to me who is also a coach,

she asked me on a break.

She said, so do you have a lot of mommy guilt because I have one child and I have tremendous

guilt anytime I leave her alone.

Well, not alone, but with a babysitter anytime I leave her.

And I thought about it for a second and the natural easy thing for me to do is just agree

with people.

But I was like, you know what?

I really don't.
