Bumbling Biden delivers an absolutely disastrous congressional address.

All the Senator Tim Scott destroys leftist liberals. In this video we're going to take a look at the reception of Biden's train wreck of a speech,

Alright gang, let's dive right in here, Bumbling Biden. This is best to deliver a coherent speech last night to a joint session of Congress.

And by all accounts, it was an object disaster as expected, not the least which because of Senator Tim Scott's amazing rebuttal, which we'll get into in a bit.

Look at this from the editors of the New York Post.

Biden's first big speech to Congress bombs on all counts. Well, tell us how you really feel, New York Post.

Quote, President Biden's speech Wednesday night failed on all counts. It didn't sell his latest spending plan. It didn't sell his larger agenda. And worst of all, it didn't sell him.

First and foremost, you had the most cringe worthy audience imaginable in front of Biden, right? Every single person in that room had been vaccinated.

And yet they were all doubled up on their masks, sitting several feet apart, and just think of the optics on that.

Here's Biden trying to convince the American people to be optimistic in the midst of this pandemic, right?

While optically, you have every reason to despair. The nightmare has not yet ended.

So just the very optics of the event were a failure. And then he launched into utter incoherence with regard to his domestic policies.

Again, as the editors over at the New York Post put it, it was like he was just skipping whole paragraphs and even pages in his prepared remarks.

You can see even Democrats. Democrats were winsing above their mass speaking of even the Democrat center.

Mark Kelly called out Biden for failing to address his abject failure at the border.

What Kelly called the immediate crisis at the border completely ignored. Well, I mean, he gave some platitudes about the root causes of migration, all that nonsense.
