Today's podcast is called the most important business exercise you're not doing.

This is the one thing that is an absolute game changer, especially for people who are,

you have a business in a less than five years old. This probably has never crossed your mind.

Now, veterans, you may have done something similar to this and not even realized you did it.

It's called a war games exercise.

What it is is we're going to play out every war game scenario that can basically wipe you out.

There was an old movie years ago called war games where it just played out every, you know,

nuclear scenario and how, you know, what would be the response.

And that's kind of what we're going to do in this exercise right now.

And I think it'll, it'll change how you think about how, you know,

how secure your company actually is.

COVID probably helped with this, but we're going to go through it right now.

About eight different things you need to ask yourself the first thing you need to do a staffing scenario.

What am I talking about?

You probably have one to three people in your organization that if you lost them,

if they quit tonight, you'd be screwed.

And I want you to replace them right now.

Not for real, but I want you to run an ad.

A ghost ad, you know, you can kind of run or you know, get use of burn or phone if you have to for the number.

I've done this and I'm actually doing it today because I've done this a few times because I'm teaching this lesson.

I'm doing the exact same thing.
