I've been waiting for this interview for a while.

Our good friend and brother in Christ, Brian Pierce,

yes, told me about you.

When I invited him on the podcast,

and we actually just did a show with Brian, it released about, I don't know, about a week ago. And when I said, Brian, will you come on the podcast? And he said, well, I'll come on, but you should really have this guy, Jonathan Huggins, on the show. Oh, nice. I appreciate that. Yeah, man. So I'm super pumped. Thanks so much for having me.

I'm excited.

When I heard your name for the first time, I began to inquire about you to some mutual friends.

And one of our mutual friends, Kelsey, told me that you had just released a book.

And I said, can you get me a copy of it? There are a lot of books out there. A lot of people writing

books. You know, most books I open up and, you know, I read the first few pages and, man, it's just,

you know, there's a lot of things to pick from. I love to read the old stuff, Martin Luther. I love to read R.C.

Nice. And very rarely do I find a book written by a young man like yourself that has been so valuable.

And this book, really, if I boil it down to one thing, what it has really

really revealed to me is that I have been reading scripture over the last few months,

especially for the sake of knowledge, and I've been really not seeking application.

And this book right here, earnestly Christian, is all about application.

Yes, indeed.

And it has been such a wonderful supplement to my reading scripture

because I will read a chapter from here,
