He goes, hey Frank, when you said there is a potential pullback,

did you say 15% or 50%? I tried going back and

listen even at half speed, but the New York accent made it all jumbled.

Say thank you, keep up the great work.

I should just leave you in suspense because 15 and 50 is such a big difference, right?

I would never say there's a potential 50% pullback.

I mean, when you have the government getting involved,

giving you a tax credits for just about anything during a credit crisis,

you'll probably never see a 50%
