Okay, people emailed me in the thousands.

95% of them is just people telling me they're interested in the job.

Okay, no resume, no about them.

No, nothing. I even had a couple people write and say, tell me more about the job and compensation range.

In other words, saying, tell me more about the job before I even waste my time sending an application to you.

This is what's wrong with America. No, for all you know, it could be six figures. For all you know, it could be 30,000.
