Good episode for you today. We're bringing back Chad and Lizzie from the Game of Rose's podcast to discuss everything going on in Bachelorland. This fiasco with the Golden Bachelor,

Bachelor in Paradise, starting on Monday, and then The Bachelor, Season 30,

getting renewed.

Chad, Lizzie, myself, we have a lot of thoughts on this.

We get to all that momentarily.

Now, Daily Roundup posted a couple hours ago.

If you have not listened to it, I'll give you the short version of what I talked about in the first five or six minutes.

And that is yesterday on social media.

I put it out on all of my social channels that I was hearing.

Mel Owens is out as Golden Bachelor and expect an announcement soon.

Well, a few hours later, a source came back to me and basically said,

when I gave you that information, that was what was going on, that he was being replaced.

I don't know if it was because of what I put out there.

And I don't want to say the show has done a 180, but what I was told was they're still basically trying to figure out what to do.

They don't know what they're going to do.

So basically what I'm trying to tell you is there's still a chance Mel might be the Golden Bachelor.

But my thought process is if this production team has to have one conversation about, hey, do we keep this guy or not?
