We've recently, we've probably been doing more episodes with individuals slightly outside

running.

Partly I think just because the podcast has grown

in stature, and that means we get approached by stories that don't necessarily focus, pinpoint on

running, but are more to do with performance and more to do with, I think, amazing people. And during

the course of the conversation, I've already had with our next guest, we've established that he was a hash house hush house harrier, which we've spoken about many, many times. So he is a dina runner. So good news. We can try and pretend that's why it's on the podcast. But actually, we all know the story of cool runnings. And a lot of us know the story to a certain extent about the Jamaica Bob Slay team, but not really what the proper story was.

Cool Runnings obviously was a fictionalised version of what was an incredible performance over many years by individuals who weren't expected to do well.

So to tell us about how, well, the truth behind the film, the truth behind
