To get started, I'd really like to hear a little bit more about your background and how you got involved in this industry. So, David, why don't you tell us a little bit about yourself first? Yeah, my name's David Davis. I'm originally from Des Moines, Iowa, where I'm born and raised. Went to the state school there in Iowa, the Iowa State University of Science Technology,

where I majored in both finance and marketing. I have now been with John Deere Financial for

almost five years, started in Johnston where our worldwide headquarters is, and then transitioned

down to the field up into Fargo as an area sales manager and then about a year and a half ago
