Summary

Supreme Court Justice Kagan doesn't like it when her colleagues disregard precedent. At least she doesn't like it when they disregard precedent she likes. But the precedent she likes disregarded years of prior precedent. This is why no one like the federal court system and why we should never trust the court to save America. Thomas Jefferson would have agreed. I discuss this foolish circle in this episode of The Brion McClanahan Show.
