I know that we all want to have a good relationship with our co-workers, right?

I mean, I do. Obviously, you know, even though you don't like it, I mean, you want to at least be on a

cordial relationship with, right? But what one co-, of her co-workers is asking her to do is it's

stepping out of that boundary of being appropriate for a co-worker relationship. We're getting

Hi, honey. I want to preface this episode with it. I don't feel great today. I woke up from a nap,

and I, and people with anxiety, excuse me, you may realize that like, it's just something a wave

just hits you. You're not quite sure where it came from. And then you're not quite sure to get out

of it because you're not quite sure how you got there in the first place, right? I don't know if

it's Valentine's Day. It's true. I really have no idea. I've literally no clue what's got me. But

like, my heart is racing right now. The stomach is upset. Just all the classic signs of anxiety. But

I literally have no idea where it's coming from. I don't want to fake it through this episode. This

one thing I promise you I never going to do is I've got to fake it on the radio so much. I don't

want to make it a normal thing too. That one of us isn't feeling right. That we can

come to the others right in the group here. And just be honest about it. Just be very transparent.
