hurtful confusion. I listen to other similar podcasts as well and they too are

helpful but yours is so unique and perhaps the most helpful because you do offer all the perspectives that I think

are necessary to understand to really be able to trudge through and hopefully beyond this.

Ashlyn and Kobe, your courage in particular to be so open and candidly share your experience is inspiring and empowering and helps me hold on to hope even if I

barely with my fingertips can do it. My gratitude for you is immeasurable. That's awesome. That's really nice. Yeah, so sweet. Super generous actually.

I honestly I love reading these and seeing them because we do this and we don't really have a plan when we record these and so to hear that they are helping people is a big like yay for us because we're just here talking and and sharing experiences. Yeah and I think it just lends to you know the way out of all of this and hanging on a hope and all of that is through connection. So if you can relate and you can get tools

and connect to the things we talk about

and it gives you some hope, then we're

accomplishing exactly what we're out to do.
