This place is awesome. This place is old. It's historic. It's quiet. Yeah. It's like you can feel the history in the wall. It's like, you know, it's tapestries. It's just, I love this room. It's my favorite room in New York City. It's gorgeous. We're looking at a ceiling that's got to be 50 feet high, would you guess? Close. Yeah, close to 50. Right? Giant chandelier that's got to be, that chandelier alone has to be at least 100 years old. At least. Yeah, at least. And then there's portraits on the wall. Walk in fireplace. You can walk right into that fireplace. I see that. It's like shooting a basketball in there. You know what? You put up a couple hoops. We can have a good time in here. Pretty cool, huh? It's like it's almost, it's just short of a full court basketball, right? Full court basketball in here.
