We have to understand that our stories literally determine every single aspect of our life, and we have to learn to make it. We have to understand that our stories literally determine every single aspect of our life,

and we have to learn to manage our stories. And we can have stories about being happy,

stories about being sad. It doesn't matter, because our stories are the words that we speak,

and we speak our lives into existence. So to start examining your stories, listen to episode
