0:12.8

to so excited to get to the interview. All right. So it's actually not our usual interview

0:16.8

day because it's Wednesday today, but this is our last replay, right?

0:19.6

It's our last replay and then we'll be back on Friday with a whole new episode, whole

0:26.0

new interview. Jen is going to be back on land in New York in her home. She's, but yeah,

0:34.0

that's not even poop, poop, poop, time to say stuff like that. Oh, I met more because my family

0:37.1

will drive me crazy. Nothing wrong with poop. Okay. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. That I can't help you with.

1:08.6

talk to us like real human beings and tell us what we need and what can go exactly. She was

1:15.6

really good at that. And I wasn't kidding about how smart she is. She has a degree in chemical

1:19.2

engineering from Stanford, NBD. Oh, also an MBA, NBD, from Northwestern's Kellogg's

1:25.7

School of Management. Erica did, apparently, not only that. She had founded her own seed group,

1:32.2

MCD, a product development contract manufacturing and brand development company. They they provide

1:38.3

strategic growth solutions to aspiring entrepreneurs. The best thing about her is also, you know,

1:43.7

she's affectionately known as sister scientist on social media, but she uses that platform to

1:47.8

encourage young women to pursue careers in STEM. She's just a beautiful person to talk to

1:53.9

about why science is cool and make science cooler for you. So that's, that's kind of one of the

1:58.6

reasons I love Erica. So we've originally interviewed her in 2021. And this aired in March of that year,
