Instagram to send me your toddler questions, issues and challenges and

and so I'm answering them today. I got a lot of questions so what I did was I picked the ones that I think will be the most relevant to all of you

And I think it's pretty nice to know that

Most of the things that happen with toddlers are happening to many, many, many

toddlers. You are not alone. So continue to send me your questions, but we'll start with these. I'm touching on things like sleep, tantrums, phobias, little tiny fears, separation, siblings, lots of stuff coming up with toddlers.

The first question is,

hi Dr. Eliza, I love your podcast

and thank you for your tips. I'm writing to ask you about my almost

three-year-old daughter. She's newly noticing bugs on the street or in the grass and has developed

a fear of them. She found one or two in the grass and has developed a fear of them.

She found one or two in the house and she was terrified.

We've tried to talk about what they are and normalize bugs being in the environment as much as we can.

Do you have any tips on how to navigate this fear?

So a lot of you may notice fears coming up and it's a very age appropriate thing to have happen.
