New York Times bestselling author, Jen Hatmaker, is opening up about overcoming a year of grief, how she learned to get through it instead of over it, and she shares her advice for making it through the holidays after going through a divorce or losing someone you love. Her marriage suddenly ended at the start of the pandemic after 26 years, and she says it sent her into a deep depression where she experienced an array of health issues for the first time. 1:12.6	has just now emerged from a year of severe grief and trauma. I lost my marriage during COVID.
1:19.4	We have five kids. So their sorrow was entirely on my shoulders too. And I was learning to be by
