Hi, this is Josh Marshall, and this is the Josh Marshall podcast. This is Thursday,

November 8th. We're two days after the midterm election.

A lot of, you know, a lot of the outlines were clear on election day or election night,

but as is always the case, you don't get all this, you don't get all the information on election night.

There's a lot of races that only get decided, you know, a couple days out.

There are, I think, still a good 10 House races that are still

undetermined. There is highly likely going to be a recount in Florida. so the Republicans are obviously in what appears to be in the

better position but those aren't those aren't settled there's still a lot

accounting to go in the Arizona Senators race and there's, you know,

miscellaneous things that are still out there.

What we're going to talk about today is everything beneath the federal level or specifically

state legislative races.
