What are some aspects of Salon Republic

that are the same since opening that first Studio City salon? And what are different?

So the essence of it is the same. It's giving a beauty professional an opportunity to work on their own terms. And it's our belief that,

you know, when a beauty professional is able to work on their own terms, that they're happy

and more successful. And we've seen it over and over again, thousands and thousands of beauty

professionals. At this point, I think we've got about 3,000

beauty professionals. And I've known so many, we still have beauty professionals who have been in

the salon since the very, very beginning, 25 years, and I still know them well. I know them

personally. And I see, I've seen their journeys. So the essence

is still the same. They have an opportunity to create their own environment without kind of the,

you know, big financial burden and commitment of signing, you know, a big lease and dealing with
