We're going to talk about that and what can be done about it from a libertarian perspective, of course. And for today, of course,

we're welcoming back Ed Stringham. Ed is just finishing up his tenure as associate professor

of business economics in the area of energy, economics, and law in the Rawls

College of Business at Texas Tech University. But he's recently gotten some wonderful news about a

great new position. He will be taking up in the fall of this year, 2015, at Trinity College

in Connecticut, and I will be asking him to tell us a little bit about that later on in our conversation.

Ed is editor of the Journal of Private Enterprise. He's a research fellow of the Independent Institute,

and he is the author, most recently, of the forthcoming private governance and economic inquiry in the mechanisms of privately produced order.
