1:22.0	In last year, they put the place up for bid. So basically there's a state
1:26.4	course and they put it out for concession and so it's a 20-year contract and what
1:30.6	they did was they asked people to submit a bid for it, but the bid that's misleading. It's not about money. In fact, that's the least amount. It's about operational experience or five components, operational experience, operational plan, capital improvement plan,
1:46.4	your capital ability to actually pay for the capital
1:50.0	improvement, and then the fee that you'd pay to the state.
1:53.4	So I ended up winning.
