Tony McDade, Nina Pop, Belly Majunga, and all the black people who have been a victim of police brutality and systemic racism.

Today we will be speaking with a good friend of Girls Talk and no one I'd rather have this conversation with.

We first introduced this guest to the Girls Talk community back in 2018 as part of our race panel at our New York

Festival. Janaya Future Khan is the co-founder of Black Lives Matter Canada and has become a

leading voice in the global crusade demanding social transformation, justice and equality.

Future has been doing incredible work educating us all on Black Lives Matter,

intersectional feminism, how to be an ally, and the importance of taking ownership of our own

narratives. I've been flawed by their wisdom and passion and encourage you all to watch their

recent Instagram live talks where they provide insight

on how to be active in the fight. Today we will cover a lot of these topics but more importantly
