So let me ask you a question.

What are you doing to set yourself apart from other people? What are you doing to add value and exceed

expectations so that you stand out in the crowd? That's the topic of this week's

own your power clip. The power that comes from exceeding expectations. So let me give you an

example of exceeding expectations. As you can imagine, we're always raising money

for the deals that we're buying and one of the ways that we exceed expectations

with our passive investor

partners in our deals is to under promise and to over deliver. So we're already

very conservative in our deal analysis and in what we present to prospective investors so that when

their returns are exceeded you know of course why would they go anywhere else now

we're also very communicative and we work to educate our investors about what's going on behind the scenes so they can learn more about this exciting business.

It's you know it's my firm belief that if you're going to invest in anything the stock market or anything with your hard-earned money,

and especially real estate, you should understand it.

So with that said, you know, when we focus on massively adding value and exceeding expectations,

it sets us apart.
