Infosec. So before you arrived at Anchorage, what were you doing before? So I was working at a company

called ArcSan. ArSAN focused on mobile application

security primarily, where anti-tampering, anti-reverse engineering controls to ensure that people could

not mess with the apps that we use every single day.

A very, a very sort of low level approach.

That's sort of been the underlying theme to everywhere I've been in my career,

has been not just handling things at the application layer, but getting down into the cryptography,

getting down into, you know, down to the machine instructions,

down to the processor level, understanding how programs work, how data actually moves,

and then protecting it wherever it goes.
