Hey Frank, I'm a long-term listener and a subscriber, some feedback of Facebook.

I work in the oil stands and live in Fort McMurray, the city that is burning down on the news.

We've been evacuated and we are waiting to hear about the status of our town and

homes. I was an average Facebook user until the fire started and now it is the main form of communication and news flow.

And our company crisis center, Facebook and Twitter became the only news flow and messenger that we've been able to use to contact and keep in touch with the staff.

When you said Facebook has a billion folks active I didn't understand until today.

Little boots and a fire feedback be well.

I mean outside of Facebook, Todd, this is amazing when I read this email because we see it on the news, right?

And we see so many stories on the news and so many bad things happen. And when you get an email from somebody that's a
