Hello everyone and welcome back to the Living Fully podcast.

I am so excited to be back and I appreciate all of your patience with this little break

that we took.

Wow, life.

Life just goes up and down and all around sometimes and I just really appreciate you guys

hanging in there with us while we took this break and more to come on.

The things that we've learned from what's happened in our family and during this break

but that's another podcast.

So today I, I know I say this a lot, but I am so grateful and so excited to have one

of the most influential people in my own life on the podcast today and that's Gabby Bernstein.

And before I give her official intro, I just have to say she has influenced me and guided

me in my life in so many deep and lasting ways that this is truly talking to one of my

heroes and one of the people that I know is going to just bless and God.
