Summary

Cariad talks to Dr Shelley Gilbert MBE, a psychotherapist who established the charity, Grief Encounter in 2003 to help children cope with grief and bereavement. Shelley also talked about her own grief, from the death of her parents. Her Mother who died of cancer when she was four and her Father, who died when she was nine of a heart attack. As ever they talk grief, talking to grieving children + Mr Good Grief.
