leading incumbent Democrat Governor Tina Kotak, 48 to 44, a Republican, leading by four points in a state

that hasn't voted Republicans since Ronald Reagan. But the headline number is not even the most

devastating part of that poll. Here's the approval rating that's making every Democrat
