Summary

Seattle's socialist mayor faces mounting criticism as crime rates rise and businesses flee the city. The mayor's ineffective leadership has led to protests from local communities, particularly in areas once vibrant but now plagued by crime and drug issues. With a significant commercial real estate vacancy and a struggling tax base, Seattle's economic decline serves as a cautionary tale about the consequences of municipal socialism.
