It's really nice to be able to join you. Well, how is, actually, start it, because I want to go all the things running, child, but I mean, how is running now as an X, like crazy high level runner?

Like, where's your joy from in running now?

Yeah, it's just from, I didn't think I'd ever find joy from, from like, chasing times

or improvement again, because I guess I'd always I'd set a ceiling

right now I'm never going to get back to that level but actually I had a year out when I retired

in 2016 17 that kind of time where I just didn't run at all because I hated it I didn't want to do
