All right ladies and gentlemen, we're just going to jump right into it. We have to talk about it. I don't know how long this episode is going to be but it's just something that has to be talked about because the January 6 committee has decided to refer to the Department of Justice criminal charges against Donald Trump.

What are those charges? Well, here we go. So I figured that I would read the charges. I would tell you what I think is going to happen. We're betting 100% on the show of what we think is going to happen. We'll be think is going to occur.

And so yeah, it's not good across the board. And so Jack is going to Jack. Zach.

Zach is going to just put the ads in where he sees fit. And we're going to go about it. So all right. So here we go. The official criminal referrals of President Donald J Trump to the Department of Defense number one obstruction of an official proceeding corruptly obstructs influences or impede any official proceeding or attempts to do so 18 USC.

I guess that's article 18 USC. I'm not really sure the connection, the correlation of the obstruction of an official proceeding. It's not like Donald Trump busted up in there and tried to stop the certifying of the election.

Let's see point number two conspiracy to defraud the United States conspire either to commit any offense against the United States or to defer or to defraud the United States.

Again, I don't really know. I don't really see that one either. I don't I don't know where the conspiracy to defraud the United States was. I don't know if they're trying to say he defrauded the United States out of defense like out of funds like raised to fight the election in court or whatever.

Whatever, but either way, I still think that that's a really big stretch number three conspiracy to make a false statement.

Okay, in any matter within the jurisdiction of the government of the United States makes any materially false, fictitious or fraudulent statement.

Now see this one. I have a major problem with. Okay. Donald Trump should be allowed to say that he believes believes the election is rigged.

Okay, whether true or not this is where we're in very, very dangerous territory right here.

They are referring Donald Trump on this count to the Department of Justice, the DOJ to criminally indict him over conspiracy to make a false claim.

And that means in any matter within the jurisdiction of the government of the United States makes any materially false, fictitious or fraudulent statement.

Okay, well, who defines it as materially false, fictitious or fraudulent statement? So is Donald Trump not allowed to believe that there were discrepancies and irregularities in the election?

Is he not allowed to believe that and to say that?
