rent. That means if you're one of the more than 2 million New Yorkers who lives in a rent-stabilized

apartment, your rent's going to be frozen next year. The New York City Rent Guidelines Board just voted 7 to 1 to freeze rents across nearly 1 million rent-stabilized apartments in the city.

0% increases for both one year and two-year leases. Now, understand it, it is the first time ever in the board's history
