it's just insane to me that we've been doing this this long yeah it's been

quite a while and telling story because man you've been

had it ever since the day I met you. Yeah, even though I haven't been here since

episode one I was here within the first you know I don't know 50 or so

episodes I'd have to look back to get the exact number but you were on pretty

early on and I remember the first time and Dale what we're gonna get to you of

course but the first time that we ever had you on,

you were on by phone in a car, and I remember Jack just being like,

yeah, this guy, Jim West, doesn't really give any interviews, he's extremely private, and you've talked about it like you kind of came out of your shell since then and a very social guy at this point, I think.

Yeah, well, if you want to fit in with the world,

you've got to come out of that man cave once in a while, right?

So for me, for many years, like we were talking earlier I joined the military when I was

17 years old and it was do or die and don't let your picture get taken and

watch out don't sit in their windows and restaurants, you name it.

I mean, so for many, many years, and plus, I mean, what kind of cameras do we have, Dale?

You know, it just wasn't that much social media out there.

And by the time we got our top secret clearances and stuff,
