Today is going to be different than other episodes

because I told you that when I started this podcast, I wanted a chance to be like as

authentic as humanly possible with you. And in previous episodes you've seen it where I've just sat down

and I just didn't feel good and so I kind of

of spend the episode talking about that and that's what happened a day I actually have a whole

list of things you're supposed to get to today and when I sat down and just

start telling my mom that I'm having a really anxious day we took a little

U-turn, you remember the U-turn we took a turn and I've been looking for an

opportunity to use someday this month to talk about mental health because May is National Mental Health Awareness Month.

And so it just once we started talking felt ideal to kind of go into it. I pray anybody

that suffers with anxiety or depression that there is a nugget in today's

episode that you could take away that can change your life.

And I offer up a whole lot of things and we talk about a whole lot of different situations.

My guest is Stephanie C. Cat or she's married now. I forget her new last name. But phone
