So let me do a reveal here.

Assuming you listen to these in order, which really isn't a fair assumption,

because I bet there are a lot of people who are going to listen to this interview with Bill DeWitt the third, the St. Louis Cardinals president, and maybe did not listen to the Dave Peacock interview about the Rams relocation process and the

MLS vote failing in St. Louis.

But I also know a large number of people did listen to it because I see the numbers.

But the point is this, is we drove out to interview Dave Peacock.

I was with the Seamaster and I said, I think this is going to be the first of our interviews that gets some

criticism and this is before we even did the interview And my reasoning was I thought that many people, understandably

so, and I would put, you know, myself and others are so angry about what happened and feeling like it was

a rigged game that you want to hear Dave Peacock get fired up but I know Dave Peacock's style is to be analytical

and take the emotion out of it and then also I believe he may have reserved some of his comments because of the pending litigation.

So the natural response from those who aren't familiar with those circumstances

that I decided would be to get angry that they didn't get blood.

Surprisingly, I have to tell you, the interview didn't get that response.

There were some people that said they could tell Peacock was guarded, but I got a bunch of emails. People really enjoyed it, which was was good because I was kind of like, yeah, people might take it out on me and that comes with the territory. It's fine. You do this for a couple decades, you get used to it.

But I also know when circumstances are under my control and out of my control and

fortunately people recognize it for what it was and they enjoyed hearing the

background of the story. So that was great.
